This course aims to... introduce learners to the basics
of abstracting interesting images from the works of the artist Paul Klee, to
produce interesting collages of their own which could further be used as
inspiration for other projects.
It is for... anyone wishing to know how to go about producing
interesting and exciting collage work of their own. This course would suit any
level of learner as the aim is to develop on from where you are now. An open
mind and lots of enthusiasm are all that is required.
During the course: Main activities will include:

By the end of the course… you should be able to:
After the
course... you
may wish to follow up with other courses on printing e.g. collagraphs, collaged
art books, or other textile courses.
Please bring: Note: As this list is so variable for
individuals - please bring a good selection of as many bits and pieces as you
wish. You do only need relatively small quantities of things for collage but a
wide variety. (Apologies but it goes with the territory!).
